I was in my early twenties, seemingly had “everything going for me” - just graduated with my master’s degree and landed a new job in the healthcare field. Then, bam, it was such a shock how quickly my health issues escalated. It seemed liked almost overnight, the fun, outgoing, and energetic person I used to be had completely disappeared. I landed in doctor’s offices with a laundry list of symptoms: bloating, fatigue, cystic acne, digestive pain, weight gain, and increased anxiety to name a few.


The professionals could not help me much, most deemed it was “all in my head” and anxiety-driven or psychological. All results were casually dismissed with a vague “everything came back normal” - sound familiar?! The options that I was given were band aid medications or supplements to suppress my symptoms. In my gut, I knew there had to be a deeper root cause for my seemingly deteriorating health. And .. so began my journey towards true root cause healing.
Since then, I became a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association, have been trained to utilize functional blood work and lab testing in my practice, and consistently continue my education learning from other like-minded, brilliant practitioners and doctors in the field.

No longer have that laundry list of symptoms and I am paving a new way in the women’s health space. I believe there is a better way to get better. It doesn’t have to be so complicated, restrictive, or stressful. Following the correct strategy for YOUR body's needs will restore your health for the long-term. There's no such thing as "one-size-fits-all" around here. Just personalized support to help you feel your best, as the unique person that you are.




I am trained as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I believe in the power of nutrition to impact our hormones, energy, mood, digestion, brain, and overall health for the better. However, I do not believe in making nutrition so complicated or restrictive. We love food here, and we learn how to balance our meals to nourish and to fuel ourselves. That being said - I do not necessarily believe in elimination diets, restrictive diets, or any strict diet for that matter. Food is never the only root cause solution - there is always a deeper cause than food that needs to be investigated.
